Business Need

Frasers Property is launching its new flagship development 'Ed.Square', promising to bring to west Sydney a game-changing community and a modern lifestyle. As such, they needed a solid tech partner to rely on to deliver state-of-the-art and modern sales centre technology and a fully integrated, interactive listing platform.

Our Approach

We researched and sourced minicomputers, touchscreens, TVWall, iPads and worked closely with the client's IT team, electricians and interior designer, to set up, power and take the sales centre online.

We setup FirstVue, our 3D interactive software, on the touchscreens and iPads, providing sales agents with up-to-date interactive 3D models, floorplans and pricing.

FirstVue was integrated with their CRM and database, so all data is kept up-to-date whilst agents can use the same management system they're already using internally.

Outcome

Ed.Square sales centre is now open and hundreds of people are walking through its doors and learning about the new development. The technology at the centre is fully automated and agents are using it on a daily basis to showcase and sell their releases.
